Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
We frequently treat clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints such as pain, stiffness, muscle weakness, instability and reduced mobility.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Neurological rehabilitation is provided for clients following a stroke, head injury or exacerbation of multiple sclerosis. Lifetime disorders of childhood onset such as cerebral palsy and developmental delay can also be treated.
Return to Work Programmes
We help many people successfully return to and maintain a normal working life, despite previously being absent for long periods of time. Our treatment, management and functional rehabilitation of work-related injuries are cost effective when compared with the business costs of absenteeism.
Insurance and Litigation Services
Uttoxeter Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic are registered as Physiotherapy providers with all major Private Medical Insurers and medical cash plans. We will aim to invoice your insurers directly for payment. We also work frequently with Solicitors and Case Managers to provide Physiotherapy treatment to injured individuals. If there is a current claim regarding your personal injury your Solicitor / Case Manager will be able to refer you to Uttoxeter Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic directly.
Medico-Legal
Our Chartered Physiotherapists are fully qualified to produce medico-legal reports regarding patients’ injuries. Our Physiotherapists see numerous injuries and neurological conditions and generally spend more time with the patient than any other health professionals. As a result our Physiotherapists provide comprehensive, realistic reports using their experience to provide an insight into the degree of disability and rehabilitation potential.
